Prawn Do piyaza

This is a recipe of my own.
Prawns are my favourite sea food and I like to try different ways of cooking it.

500 gm shelled and deveined prawns.
Marinate in juice of 1 lime and pinch of haldi


2 large onions finely sliced


Powder of
1 tsp Khash khash
1 tsp zeera
Few pepper corns
1 red chilli (more if u like it hot)
Lightly dry roast on a tawa and powder fine


Heat hoil
Put in onions and lightly fry.
Add the prawns ( shaking off excess water)
Stir fry for few minutes.
Add salt and powdered masala
Stir few more minutes


Cover and leave for 5 minutes

Serve with chapati or paratha
