Qeema bhari Khameeri Roti : Dastarkhwan-e-Ramzan

To make the dough: 

Put atta …Yeast,  egg..Ghee..Salt sugar in a food processor….

Then keep adding buttermilk till dough is ready…Now keep for rising…

When done..Make balls …Roll out…

Make mutton kheema or chicken kheema …

Place on one side cover with other side…Like a half Moon. And press…

Now heat a nonstick pan and put a bit of oil…Cook on both sides…Done…

The qeema  is marinated with paste of  onions, garlic & Green chillies all ground & added to the qeema 

Then add chopped  Pudina, grated ambiya( raw mango)…Dhania & zeera powder…Salt…Cook in a nonstick pan till done…Cool and serve.
Cut in two halves serve with mint chutney
