So here comes the recipe</p>
<p>1 onion finely chopped</p>
<p>A few cloves of garlic chopped</p>
<p>1/4 tsp zeera/ cumin seeds</p>
<p>1/4 tsp methi / fenugreek seeds</p>
<p>2 whole dried red chilli</p>
<p>Pinch of haldi/ turmeric</p>
<p>2 Potatoes</p>
<p>A bunch of spinach leaves</p>
<p>1 tomato</p>
<p>Heat oil</p>
<p>Add zeera and methi &amp; chilli till zeera splutters</p>
<p>Add &amp; Fry onions a light golden brown</p>
<p>Add the potatoes peeled &amp; diced into cubes. Add the haldi.</p>
<p>Stir Fry for a bit.</p>
<p>Add the chopped spinach and cover.</p>
<p>Spinach leaves water so don&#8217;t add water. Just put on Sikander let it cook.</p>
<p>Add salt when Potaoes are tender.</p>
<p>Salt should be a little less as spinach also has salt in it.</p>
<p>Add 1 chopped tomatoes and cook on sim for a few minutes. Don&#8217;t add tomatoes till potatoes are tender or else it doesn&#8217;t cook properly.</p>
<p>Enjoy it with whole wheat tortilla which is like a chapati</p>
