We all know about the great freedom fighter Allama Fazl-e Haq Khairabadi and Muztar Khairabadi, but what is little known is that their family produced Khairabad’s first female poet.
Hirma’n Khairabadi was the takhallus of Bibi Syedun Nisa.
She was the daughter of Allama Fazl-e Haq Khairabadi andm mother of two great poets Muztar Khairabadi and Bismil Khairabadi. Bartar Khairabadi, Nashtar khairabadi and Janisar Akhtar are her grandsons.Her husband was Ruswa Khairabadi.
She was an erudite lady who had studied Persian, Arabic and Urdu and was a master of Urdu verse and metre.
She was spiritually inclined.
Her Kalam is preserved in a book Kalam e Hirma’n

She is buried in the compound of a small family mosque in khairabad.
