<p>Lamb &#8211; 500gm<br />
Dahi &#8211; 1 cup<br />
Salt &#8211; to taste<br />
Haldi &#8211; 1 tsp<br />
1.Marinate together for half an hour.<br />
2. Heat oil and fry 2 sliced onions till light golden brown.<br />
3. Add the marinated mutton and cook for 5 minutes.<br />
4. Add these-<br />
Ginger n garlic paste &#8211; 2 heaped tbsp each<br />
Dhaniya pd- 1 tbsp<br />
Zeera pd- 1 heaped tsp<br />
Red chilli pd- to taste<br />
Tomatoes-4 chopped<br />
Enough water to cook.<br />
5. Cook till tender. Add 1/2tsp Garam masala pd.<br />
Let the water dry.<br />
Serve.<br />
