interesting for its the first time I saw what looks like a mosque with its domes and minarets and a mosque lamp as was commonly found in masjids in those days. The rehal and Quran sharif on it within a niche signify to my mind the qibla wall.
It’s painted by the potter as a flat facade and the minarets bent to fit in the round space.

Mosque is aligned east west & door normally opens in the east. A shrine’s focus would be on grave not the Quran & its alignment is north south
