<p>Ingredients:<br />
Smoked Salmon slices-1pkt<br />
Asparagus -steamed</p>
<p>Lemon Caper Sauce:<br />
Mayonnaise- 2 tbsp<br />
Dahi &#8211; 2 tbsp<br />
Capers- 1 tbsp<br />
Lemon juice-1 tbsp<br />
Lemon zest -1tbsp grated<br />
Mix together and whisk till smooth. Chill.<br />
To put together:<br />
1. Roll the salmon slices around the asparagus.<br />
2. Put on a bed of shredded cabbage.<br />
3. Pour the lemon caper sauce over it.<br />
4. Serve cold.<br />
Note: Can substitute the capers with jalapeños though capers taste better. Also for vegetarians, this sauce can be poured over steamed vegetables/ paneer.<br />
Can also roll steamed prawns in lettuce leaves.</p>
