The Eid e Milad un Nabi week saw a function in JNU organised by the students to emphasise Sufism and it’s importance today.
I was fortunate to be invited and gave a short speech on relevance of Sufism in today’s world.
It was very well received.
Sufi scholar Sadia Dehlvi and Supreme COURT lawyer Mr Mushtaq Ahmed were the main speakers.
It was covered in the Urdu newspapers Inqilaab, Sahafat aur Siyasi Taqdeer
Since students clapped at a number of places I am presuming it was well received
