Jagat Shiromani temple in Amer

This is the Jagat Shiromani temple in Amer and was built by Raja Man Singh’s wife for her eldest son Jagat Singh who died young.

It is said that this is the original Krishna image that Meera Bai had. It was brought by a Mewar priest for safe keeping to Amer.
