Smoked Salmon Rolls

SMOKED SALMON ROLLS

Ingredients:
Smoked Salmon slices-1pkt
Asparagus -steamed

Lemon Caper Sauce:
Mayonnaise- 2 tbsp
Dahi – 2 tbsp
Capers- 1 tbsp
Lemon juice-1 tbsp
Lemon zest -1tbsp grated
Mix together and whisk till smooth. Chill.
To put together:
1. Roll the salmon slices around the asparagus.
2. Put on a bed of shredded cabbage.
3. Pour the lemon caper sauce over it.
4. Serve cold.
Note: Can substitute the capers with jalapeños though capers taste better. Also for vegetarians, this sauce can be poured over steamed vegetables/ paneer.
Can also roll steamed prawns in lettuce leaves.
