Kathal 1/2 kg cut in 2 in pieces
Pyaz 1 kg Finely sliced
Tomatoes 250 gmchopped
Dahi 250
Laung 5 elaichi badi 3
Gol mirch 20 Tejpatta 2
Choti elaichi 5 Dalchini 1 in
Chakri 1 Lal khadi mirch 3
Ginger 2in n 10 cloves garlic finely chopped
Salt Lal mirch n Garam masala powder

Heat oil
Fry kathal pieces n set aside
Transfer oil to Pressure cooker
Add all Khada garam masala
After couple of minutes
Put all ingredients in Pressure cooker n cook for three whistles
Cool Open n transfer to kadhai
Then Bhuno Bhuno till dry n oil floats
Enjoy
