Kosha Manghso

Lamb – 500gm
Dahi – 1 cup
Salt – to taste
Haldi – 1 tsp
1.Marinate together for half an hour.
2. Heat oil and fry 2 sliced onions till light golden brown.
3. Add the marinated mutton and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add these-
Ginger n garlic paste – 2 heaped tbsp each
Dhaniya pd- 1 tbsp
Zeera pd- 1 heaped tsp
Red chilli pd- to taste
Tomatoes-4 chopped
Enough water to cook.
5. Cook till tender. Add 1/2tsp Garam masala pd.
Let the water dry.
Serve.
