Soya Qeema with bhindi

Ingredients :

1 cup soya qeema : soaked and drained

1/2 cup chopped bhindi

1 tsp each of ginger garlic paste

1 tsp dhania p.

1/4 haldi p

1/4 garam masala p

Mirch p and salt to taste

1/2 a onion finely sliced

1-2 tbsp oil

Method:

Heat oil. Fry onions golden brown.

Add all the masalas except garam masala.

Sautr adding water till oil leaves side.

Add the soya qeema. Saute a few minutes add the bhindi. Salt & garam masala.

Cook covered till bhindi is tender.

Serve
