Gobhi Musallam

Take a full cauliflower.

Cut the stalk in such a way that it can sit flat.

Boil water with salt in it: water should be enough to cover the gobhi.

When boiling, put of the flame & let the gobhi sit in the water covered for 15 minutes.

Make a masala paste of

3 tomatoes

1 onion

1 tbsp ginger garlic tsp haldi.

Add oil in pan and saute the masala lightly.

Smear it over the gobhi.

Cook for 10 minutes in a covered kadhi on Sim.
