Dargah of Hazrat Shamsuddin Turki in Panipat

Khwaja Shamsuddin Turk Panipati was a resident of Turkistan who wanted to take oath of allegiance with Hazrat Fariduddin Ganj-e-Shakar However Baba Farid sent him to the court of Hazrat Sheikh Alauddin Ali Ahmed Sabir.
Khwaja Shamsuddin Turki went to Kalyar Shareef and became the disciple of Hazrat Sheikh Alauddin Ali Ahmed Sabir who then appointed him as his spiritual successor and thus he become the only successor to Sabir-e-Paak.
His urs is celebrated on 9th Jamadil Aakhir.
Hazrate Sabir e Paak sent Hazrat Shams to a cave (Crevice in the mountains) for 6 years to recite a wasifa called Habse Dam( which means control of breath). After years he took him out and once again took him into his fold by making him his disciple again and then he blessed him with untold powers and a grand status in the world. Once Hazrate Sabir e Paak asked How many spiritual successors does Hazrate Nizamuddin have? it was answered that he had 14000 successors. He then announced all those 14000 successors were stars while my Shams (SUN), (Hazrate Shamshuddin Turk Panipati) was the only Shams!
This visit was enabled by Explore Heritage team of Syed Mohammad Qasim and Raj Prajapati.
