Rajma chaval

Rajma – 300 gms ( available in Indian stores)

3 tomatoes, 

2 onions

MDH rajma masala ( available in Indian stores)


Soak rajma for 4-6 hours

Boil the rajma with 2 cups water in pressure cooker (15 minutes) with salt

In a pan fry sliced onions,

When golden brown  add chopped tomatoes and when tomatoes become a paste rajma masala

Add boiled rajma 

Cook for 10 min together

Garnish with green coriander.

Eat with boiled rice

( rice cookers are very handy for that)
