Kofta receipe: for 1/4 kg mince
Ingredients:
Long-2 Posta-1 1/2 tsf
B. Eliachi-1
Red chilli to taste
Pepper-1 tsf
Onion one small
Zeera-1/2 tsf
Besan 1 1/2 tsf browned
Salt to taste
All Gram masala to be roasted or fried then grind in mixer later
Grind everything including onions together. Add besan and make koftas. Heat mustard oil once burnt switch off the gas. Add methi seeds, put on the gas let the seeds become dark brown lower the flame and now add curry masala (like one large onion, garlic 5-6 cloves, small piece of ginger, haldi, red chilli to taste, dhaniya powder 1tsf and salt) brown add water when done. Let it boil – add the koftas and cook on a slow flame for 35-40 minutes. Garnish with green coriander
