There are many Qorma recipes. Here’s one more
Mutton – 1/2 kg
Gol mirch- 7/8
Dhaniya pd-1 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli of- to taste
Dahi well beaten-1 cup
Onions sliced-2 large
Salt to taste
- Fry onions in oil till golden brown. Remove and crush. Keep aside.
- In the same oil, fry meat till no longer pink.
- Add dahi/masala mixture and cook till half done.
- Add the crushed onions and cook till the meat is done. The gravy should be thick.
